Sandwich Artisan
As the heart of our operation, our Sandwich Artisans craft every primo hoagie with precision and care. You'll prepare authentic hoagies using fresh, high-quality ingredients following our signature recipes while delivering outstanding service to every guest. Passion for food and attention to detail are your most important tools.
- Food service experience preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
Shift Leader
Our Shift Leaders keep the primohoagies experience running smoothly from open to close. You'll lead a team of sandwich artisans, oversee food quality standards, manage inventory, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied. This is the ideal next step for driven team members ready to step into leadership.
- 1+ year of food service experience
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Assistant Manager
The Assistant Manager plays a vital role in driving the daily operations and team performance at our Charlotte primos location. You'll partner with the General Manager to recruit and train staff, manage schedules, uphold brand standards, and deliver a consistently excellent guest experience aligned with the Primo hoagies tradition.
- 2+ years of restaurant or food service management experience
- Proven people management and coaching skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Proficiency in scheduling and inventory management
Catering Coordinator
Our Catering Coordinator manages bulk orders and event catering for corporate clients, parties, and community events. You'll handle client communications, coordinate production schedules with our kitchen team, and ensure every primo catering order exceeds expectations. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
- Experience in catering, events, or hospitality preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with basic office software
- Strong attention to detail and time management
Delivery Driver
Be the face of Primo hoagies in the community as a Delivery Driver. You'll ensure that every fresh-made order reaches our customers promptly and in perfect condition. This flexible part-time role is perfect for those who enjoy being on the move and take pride in representing a brand that Primos customers love and trust.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
